may update

WiSUC will be putting on at least 3 more shows this summer, after the next (6/3/08) show. We are interested in pinning down Featuring Comics for these shows. Each show will have one (there will be no Headliner), but the Feature Comic will go at the end and receive 10-15 minutes (as the open slots which are each 5-7 minutes.) If anyone has an interest, whether it be to get on the stage for the first time, to get back up in the saddle if you've been off the horse for awhile, or if you're just looking for some more GD stage time, then please e-mail us!

(Drop off a line no matter what your fancy at wisucproject@gmail.com.)

WiSUC will be joining the folks over at Dane101 for their weekly DaneCast podcast later this week. Also, keep your eyes peeled at their site for their weekly TuesdayTix ticket giveaway in the days leading up to the show!

Please pick up a copy of this week's upcoming Onion weekly to read more about the show!

UPCOMING SHOW INFORMATION:

Tue. June 3, High Noon Saloon presents:

The Shabelles

WiSUC Stand-Up Comedy Showcase featuring Robert Buscemi

Kitty Rhombus

5:30 PM / $5 cover / 21 and up

Join us for an evening of homegrown stand-up comedy, courtesy of the fine folks at WiSUC! Even better, the event will be sandwiched with music: The Shabelles will close down the night with a dose of catchy, sunny, '60s-inspired melody, while Kitty Rhombus opens the show with infectious-but-dischordant math rock weirdness.
